This Disclosure Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data is the fulfillment of our disclosure obligation regulated in Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, regarding the use of personal data obtained during the use of our website with the extension https://sinembabacan.com (“Our Website”) and/or received from persons who are members of the said website (“Our Members”) or visit (“Our Visitors”), for which we, as https://sinembabacan.com/ (“Sinem Babacan”), are the content provider and data controller.

Legal basis for processing your personal data: Your personal data may be processed and transferred in cases where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, where your consent cannot be obtained due to a practical impossibility, where processing of your personal data is necessary in direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract, where it is mandatory for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, where your personal data is made public by you, where processing of your data is mandatory for our legitimate interests and in cases expressly stipulated by law, and if one of these situations does not exist, then your explicit consent may be obtained.

Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner, as Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

Exercise of rights regarding personal data:

Our Members/Visitors may submit their requests regarding the rights specified above by sending a signed copy of their petition to SINEM BABACAN's address , "Cevdet Paşa Caddesi, Günaydın Çıkmazı, B Blok, No:2 Bebek İstanbul" via registered mail. They may also personally hand-deliver the signed petition to the same address, provided they present their identification. They may also submit the signed petition to sinembabacan@hs01.kep.tr using registered email, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to the Company and registered in SINEM BABACAN's system. The words "Request for Information Regarding Personal Data" must be written on the application envelope or in the subject line of the email.

In applications made by our Members/Visitors to exercise the rights specified above, the requested matter must be clear and understandable, the matter must concern the applicant personally, or if acting on behalf of someone else, the applicant must have specific authority in this matter, and this authority must be documented, and the application must be accompanied by documents verifying identity (such as a copy of a Turkish ID card). These requests must be made individually, and requests from unauthorized third parties regarding personal data will not be considered.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the relevant person must;

Name, surname, signature, Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or foreigner ID number for foreigners, residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any, subject of the request,

It is mandatory to provide this information. Otherwise, the application will not be considered valid. Additionally, relevant information and documents must be attached to the application.

As a personal data owner, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to SINEM BABACAN as specified above, your request will be finalized within thirty days at the latest from the date it is notified to SINEM BABACAN.
